I am very grateful that Lambeth Council has now released 3 more reports under FOI
My thanks to Daedalus, Operation Greenlight, tech wizard, who has made them searchable. The searchable versions are available on the following links
1993 Clough Report redacted searchable
1994 Harris Report redacted searchable
1990 The Enquiry into South Vale Assessment Centre Report redacted searchable
The reports are made searchable by machine reading software so take care to check original for definitive wordings. Authorities really should release searchable documents but most do not as yet.
No doubt the searchable reports will soon be available on Daedalus’s Operation Greenlight The Brain Lambeth
I have only glanced at the reports and the only comment I will make at this stage is that the Clough Report appears to be about Michael John Carroll.
If you have any comments please write below, there is an anonymous option.
If we are to expose the truth about what child sexual abuse went on, these reports need studying, summarising, putting into context and enhanced timelines made for the information in each one.
This is something that can be done without the need to rely on IICSA, the Police, the CPS or anyone. It is up to individuals to help each other.
Unfortunately I do not have the time to do all that, as I am covering so many areas. However if people wish to begin the work, I will make a page of the blog for each report which can act as a focus for comments and to attract others, and will help where I can. Let me know. We need more crowdsourcing of the uncovering of child sexual abuse and less reliance on corrupted authorities. Its in your hands.
If you wish to see the FOI request or see the original non searchable copies they are available via here 2017 Feb 5 WDTK FOI Cathy Fox to Lambeth Council Clough Report, Harris report and South Vale Assessment Report
Whilst this simple request was eventually successful it took nearly 5 months and much to and fro and pointing put the law before Lambeth Council stopped its unlawful obstruction and saw sense. I may well summarise that saga soon. Thank you though for the end result.
