Subject: Alex Salmond and the Hollie Greig rape case
Dear Mr Clark,
I just wanted to ascertain that you are aware that Alex Salmond and his then ministers, including Nicola Sturgeon, were found to have breached sections 10(1) and 21(1) of the FOISA by the Information Commissioner on 26th May 2011, in at attempt to cover up investigations intothe multiple rape of Aberdeen Down`s syndrome girl Hollie Greig.
Moreover, Mr Salmond and his colleagues chose to initially ignore this ruling and came within 24 hours of facing the criminal charge of contempt of court on 11th July 2011.
Even that is not all.
On the 14th February 2014, Lynn Forsyth, writing on behalf of Mr Salmond, attempted to deceive his own then constituency secretary, Neil Bailie, over his proven misdemeanours.
My own MP and Health Minister, David Mowat, is aware of this issue and has written recently to Nicola Sturgeon and others about matters relating to this, along with copying in Ruth Davidson. Chairman of the 1922 Committee, Graham Brady has also asked to be kept aware of developments following a private meeting in May last year.
Both the Liberal Democrat and Labour candidates are also in possession of documentation proving Mr Salmond`s misconduct.
David Mowat and Graham Brady have been very helpful over this dreadful issue and I should be very happy to forward any documentation relevant to this.
Alex Salmond cannot possibly get out of this, which will shock everyone in Scotland, including SNP supporters.
I would be grateful if you would kindly acknowledge receipt of this information.
